Job description
We are recruiting RGN's for various homes across Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas.
Our Client's are offering a range of shift patterns from 08:00-20:00 to 20:00-08:00.
The Role
As an established RGN, you will provide compassionate and high-quality care to residents based on their care plans. You will possess natural leadership abilities and will be comfortable delegating tasks to your colleagues and be able to accurately monitor and record observations on residents’ conditions. You will be competent in compiling accurate records of residents’ care, financial procedures, and medication administration.
You will join a highly supportive and professional team, caring for patients with a range of conditions, which will make for an interesting role. This home is well established and cares for those with acquired brain injuries, progressive neurological disorders, spinal cord injuries and specialist dementia. The team is well renowned for the very high quality of care it provides and is a highly sought-after place of work.
Requirements:
You will ideally have a recent DBS check – this can be conducted by OneTeam at point of interview if required.
You will have completed the full range of mandatory training (training is provided with us should you need to refresh this)
You will possess a valid and current NMC registration
You must have the right to work within the UK
You will ideally have a minimum of 6 months' PQE as an RGN or RMN
4 on 4 off shift
